Contracting
Our team of electrical contractors carry out contracts starting from house rewires, extensions, loft conversions through to new build housing estates.
We wire in excess of 100 new build properties per year as well hundreds of extensions including loft and basement conversions along side a long a list of building contractors. This gives us a vast knowledge of both current trends and regulations.
We have good relationships with most suppliers which gives us access to all makes of accessories plus the latest gadgets to hit the market.
We offer a full CAD design services, we always listen to the clients requirements rather than trying to sell them something they don’t really want. We also know how to offer price effective solutions where required.

On-X Electrical were formally trading as Lakes (Kent) Ltd. In over 15 years of exceptional electrical contracting we have built up repeat business from a large customer base of builders, building management companies and home owners.
Being based in Rochester we have direct links into London and the M25, allowing us to service Kent, London and surrounding areas.
